2020 Quarantine Outdoor Photography

2020 Quarantine, Outdoor Photography

For the first half of 2020 quarantine, outdoor photography was pretty much limited to your immediate family that lives with you only.  Like all of you, we were also on lockdown starting on March 27th, 2020.  With the lockdown of  the 2020 quarantine came a slew of emotions and unknowns.

Outdoor Photography

Outdoor photography of my son Ethan was a way for me to feel like I was creating.  I needed the outlet.  Photography isn’t just a job for me it is an essential part of my soul.  Without it I feel like i’m not myself.  I’m sure you all can relate.  So many things were taken from us.  It was a very difficult time for us all.   I myself,  struggled with some severe depression, fear & tons of anxieties over the next few weeks.  The way I got through though was by creating.   I continued to connect on social media to all my followers with images of my son & our life at home.  I worked on my skills in the editing process and brushed up on some other things.

Precious Memories

During the lockdown of 2020 quarantine, outdoor photography was a way for me to capture some special memories of my son right now.  He is 3 years old.  He has such a sweet personality.  I photographed him outside playing with the water hose, and with our bunnies.  I also took some more formal shots of him under this beautiful magnolia tree.  I am so happy that we will be able to have these memories of him preserved forever.  2020 Quarantine, Backyard Photography2020 Quarantine Ethan & TY2020 Quarantine, Ethan Outside Photography2020 Quarantine, Ethan2020 Quarantine, Ethan Outside Photography2020 Quarantine, Ethan Outside Photography2020 Quarantine, Ethan Outside Photography2020 Quarantine, Ethan Outdoor Photography2020 Quarantine, Ethan Outside Photography2020 Quarantine, Ethan Outdoor Portraits2020 Quarantine, Ethan2020 Quarantine, Ethan Outdoor Portrait Photography2020 Quarantine, Ethan Outdoor Portraits2020 Quarantine, Ethan Outside Photography

Printing My Photos

I plan on printing most of these photos and creating a collage of memories.  I’m not sure if I will do an album or professionally framed prints.  Maybe a mix of both.  Seeing my photos in print really makes my day.  I love to come home and see all of these precious photographs of my family hanging up.  Being surrounded by beautiful memories is truly a blessing.
