Baby Harkin’s Studio Session was absolutely perfect! This little bundle of joy and her parents came to see me for newborn photography within the first 5 days of baby Harkin’s life! She was so tiny and sweet. I was so impressed with how well she did for her newborn photography session. Truly a pro!
Newborn Sessions
Newborn sessions have always had a special place in my work. I love newborn photography if you know me personally the passion I have for children really shows! I have one little boy and went through pregnancy myself. That was a special time in my life carrying my precious baby around for 9 months that I will forever cherish. That love and that connection I had with my baby boy is something I love to capture for my clients. I met this sweet family just before Christmas. Their first born is a little over 2 years old and when he and his mommy came to see me for the first time I could just see how excited he was to have a baby sister!
Connecting with your baby
A few weeks after our meeting Harkin was born! There is a beauty, a glow and a deep connection that can be seen between a mother and father their newborn child. I love that I have that power to capture this small window of time for each mother & father. During baby Harkin’s studio session they held their baby girl lovingly and I could tell just how much they cherished her. Little feet and loving embraces. That is what I want to capture with my newborn photography. I carefully pose newborns and I don’t expect them to sleep or behave in any particular way. I simply allow them to be the sweet, perfect, newborn baby that they are because that is how you will want to remember them.
