Christopher’s Urban High School Senior Portrait Session in Downtown Harrisburg PA was by far my favorite session to date! Christopher’s mother contacted me a few weeks ago in a complete panic because her son Christopher was going to shave his head for charity the very next weekend. She asked me if I had any availability to do his High School Senior Portrait Session before then. I quickly eased her fears and agreed to work with her so that she could get the photos of her son the way she wanted to remember him with that long beautiful hair before he shaved it. Even though shaving his head was for a good cause I definitely understood her concern immediately upon meeting him. Christopher had a great look with that hair and it completed the Urban setting perfectly. I love what I do, and I can’t tell those that choose me as their photographer how absolutely grateful I am. I spend hours before your session thinking and envisioning what we will do, and I spend hours after your photography session working on your photos. I’m constantly continuing my education and keeping up with the latest trends and technology so that I can give you the absolute BEST photos that I can.
Christopher & his Mom & I met at the Broad Street Market in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and from there we walked to a few close by walls of graffiti that I had scoped out the day prior. These Graffiti walls gave us that cool Urban edge and added the perfect dimension to his high school senior portraits. Even though it was early February we somehow lucked out to have the perfect evening for photographing. Christopher, his Mother & I walked over to the Midtown Scholar where we took a few photographs inside by the book shelves. There is also this really cool balcony there that overlooks the Broad Street Market sign. We used that sign and the street below as a backdrop and I’m pretty sure one of those shots were one of his mom’s favorites. The last spot we chose was the Walking Bridge off of Front Street. We drove over to the Harrisburg City Island Side to shoot so we could get the City of Harrisburg and some of the Market Street Bridge in the background shots. The old bridge def gave us that Urban Artistic look we were hoping for. All in all I really feel Christopher’s Urban High School Senior Portrait Session was a huge success. I can’t wait to get their product order back so I can share all the beautiful products with you! Stay tuned!
