Father’s Day Family Photos

When it comes to family photos I love being creative and spontaneous!  David & I decided to take our son (Ethan) to William’s Grove Flea Market  in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania on Sunday just to look around.  David suggested I bring my camera and well, I’m so glad I did.  When we were getting ready to leave we saw this beautiful red 1958 Bel Air sitting in the lot and as we walked by I asked the man sitting in it if we could take some pictures in his car.  He immediately said yes, which I thought was extremely generous and really cool.  Doug at William's Grove Flea Market Mechanicsburg pa Dillsburg pa Antique 1958 Bel Air outdoor photographyWe learned his name was Doug, and i offered to photograph him with is snazzy car too.  He was into it.  Very, very cool.  I have always had a thing for antiques wether it be furniture, nik-nacks, old treasures or cars I think old things have such a classic look to them.

I’m so over the moon about the opportunity we had to make such a special memory for my Son & his Daddy.  The lifestyle images I captured of the two of them in this 1958 Bel Air will be definite keep-sakes for us for years to come!  Father’s Day is only a few weeks away and I wanted to get some cute “Daddy & Son” photographs for some extra wall space I just cleared out in the living room.  They will make a good addition to our growing collection of family photos.  I can’t wait to print and hang these images so I can look at them every day.
