Senior Portrait Session
Tisha Landrum is a Mechanicsburg Senior Photographer. Kevin & Emily’s Portrait Session was pretty near and dear to my heart. Kevin is graduating from Mechanicsburg Senior High School in the Class of 2022… Whoah did I just type that year? I can’t believe it’s almost the year 2021! Any way, Kevin & Emily are my cousins so that means we are kindred spirits.
I was so honored that his my Aunt Kate chose me to be the one to preserve these memories for her. I’ve been photographing Kevin & Emily for a few years now. I can’t wait to photograph Kevin next year. His Senior portraits will be an amazing memory for him. I can’t wait to see what type of high school senior photo session he wants. Honestly seeing how enthused he was about getting photos done with little sis each year reminded me of when I was his age!
Trout Run
Trout RunWhen we arrived at Trout Run in Mechanicsburg, PA we started taking pictures at a little field across from a farm. Kevin & Emily grew up in the neighborhood. Mom loved the look of those fall colors & Farm. We had to make sure to incorporate them in the photo shoot. There was a fallen tree that made a great bench for them to sit on. Down a path was a row of beautiful pine trees and a fence lining the river where we took some time to get some more great shots.
Album Design
Kate & I sat down last night to design an unique album that I know they will have for many years. The album is leather bound with a metal cover. There is a black and white image of the kids from their sibling session printed right on the metal. Stay on the lookout for a video and photos of this super cool album on my social media pages. It is something truly unique and I am proud to be offering something to my clients that they really love an appreciate.
Tell Your Story
For my Mechanicsburg seniors that come to me I love to incorporate whatever they feel really tells the story of them. I like to tell who they are now. Show the things they’re involved in now. Show a glimpse of who they’ll be in the future. Next year we will be designing Kevin’s Senior Portrait Session. I had so much fun creating these for them in the mean time!

I pride myself on giving seniors a portrait experience that is different than most photographers in our area. Every senior that comes to me requests one thing. They want their pictures to be more personal and unique than what is offered by the large studios in the Camp Hill, PA and Central, PA Area. You are different than your friends and your pictures should reflect that!
Getting To Know You
My favorite part of my job is getting to know who you are. It is so important to me to give you my undivided attention. I won’t rush you through your session. This year will go by quickly and I want you to enjoy the experience and not just feel like it’s one more thing to check off your list. Senior portraits are a wonderful way to stop for a moment. Take a deep breath, and let me capture who you are and how excited you are for your future. I am now booking class of 2020 High School Seniors!
