It’s hard to beat a Pennsylvania Drumore Estate Wedding on a gorgeous early October day. It had been a my first time I went to Drumore Estate in Lancaster PA for a wedding and I loved being at this gorgeous property. Ashleigh and Jason chose the estate not only for its beauty, but also because “it just felt right”. Ashleigh and her bridesmaids got ready in the guest house while the guys got ready in the bottom floor at the main house. 
The personal touches were fun with a few highlights being including their dog in the ceremony, the flowers arranged by Ashleigh herself, and some really hilarious speeches from the bridesmaids and groomsmen during the reception. Congratulations Ashleigh and Jason!!!
For Ashleigh and her bridesmaids, the day started with hair and makeup upstairs in the “getting ready” suite. Ashleigh looked so happy and beautiful as she got ready surrounded by her closest friends and family. I especially loved her sleeved dress, which was imprinted with an elegant paisley pattern that buttoned up so gracefully in the back. I wish more brides would opt for sleeves, as it’s such a classy and timeless look! 
Jason and his groomsmen finished getting dressed on the bottom floor of the estate. There, they celebrated with a bottle of Crown Royal and cigars, all the while having a great time. Jason had decided on tuxedos and ties for him and the guys, which was the perfect look. 
Soon, it was time for a first look on the gorgeous front lawn of the main house. This ext spot has been host to many first looks and is a symbol of the estate’s enduring legacy. It seemed like the perfect place to kick start Ashleigh and Jason’s forever commitment to one another. 
As Ashleigh and Jason saw each other for the first time their expressions were priceless, and it was clear they couldn’t wait to get married! Fortunately, they didn’t have long to wait. 
In front of the staircase leading to a fountain, Ashleigh and Jason said their vows and became husband and wife. Family and friends had come from all over to share in the moment, and, when Ashleigh and Jason kissed for the first time, the crowd erupted into applause and shouts of joy. The reception took place under the tent. Family and friends gave heartfelt toasts, followed by dinner and parent dances. 
Before the festivities got too crazy, however, I “borrowed” the couple for pictures amongst the stars. The light was gorgeous and perfect, and Ashleigh looked so beautiful there in the moonlight. I should also mention that Jason looked pretty snazzy, too! We snapped several pictures and then headed back up to the tent for cake and dancing.
